Services
Each service stands on its own, but most clients use Gaturbo across more than one — consulting that leads to a chemistry switch, or a machinery purchase that needs a process recalibration to match.
We assess how your line actually performs — scouring efficiency, dehairing yield, dye uptake, finishing consistency — and tell you plainly where the loss is happening. Engagements range from a single-day production audit to ongoing technical advisory for mills scaling up output or entering export markets that demand documentation and traceability.
Hands-on support through the stages that decide fiber quality: scouring raw greasy wool, dehairing cashmere down from coarse guard hair, dyeing, and finishing. We help mills hit the hand-feel, color consistency, and fiber-length retention that buyers grade on, and troubleshoot when a batch falls short of spec.
We source and sell both new and second-hand wool and cashmere processing machinery — scouring lines, carding and dehairing equipment, dyeing and finishing units — and assess condition honestly before any sale. Where a used machine makes more financial sense than a new one, we'll say so.
We supply textile processing chemicals certified to GOTS 7.0 and OEKO-TEX standards — built for the scouring, dyeing, and finishing stages your wool and cashmere actually pass through. If your buyers require certified inputs as part of their compliance chain, this is the part of the operation we cover directly.
