About Gaturbo
Mongolia's wool and cashmere belongs to a different category of textile altogether — the fiber, the herders, the climate, and the buyers downstream all set different rules. Gaturbo LLC exists to work inside those rules, not around them.
Why we started
Most textile consultancies treat wool and cashmere as one category among many. We treat them as the entire brief. That focus is what lets Gaturbo LLC move between a scouring line audit, a second-hand carding machine sale, and a GOTS-certified dye order in the same week — for the same client, without losing the thread between them.
We work with herders' cooperatives, processing mills, and finished-goods producers across Ulaanbaatar and the surrounding region, helping each one tighten the link between raw fiber and certified, sellable product.
How we work
Every recommendation accounts for how wool and cashmere actually behave through scouring, dehairing, and dyeing — not generic textile theory.
GOTS 7.0 and OEKO-TEX standards aren't an add-on. We build processing chemistry recommendations around what your buyers will actually require.
We size machinery — new or second-hand — to the volume you actually run, not the volume a sales catalog wants to sell you.
Send us a short note on what you're processing and where it's stuck.
